He led and operated cotton pulp manufacturing Industry since 1991, laying the foundation for a fully integrated Cellulose enterprise. His technical insight and long term strategic vision continue to guide the company’s growth and industry leadership.
A second generation technocrat and a mechanical engineer, Aadhithya oversees the operations and sales functions at Meridian Polymers. He aims to expand the business into a larger conglomerate in cellulose derivatives and drive deeper forward integration. He also plans to drive new developments through investment in R&D and improve manufacturing efficiency in India through AI based automation. “I believe India is ready to rise as a reliable sourcing option.
